An important item on the agenda for the May 27 meeting will be the financial plan that will carry PASCAL through the transition from a planning and coordinating entity to one that is managing substantial services for member libraries. The Board of Directors will present the dues/fees increase that was discussed at the December 10 2004 meeting. This is the first dues increase in the consoritum's history.
