There are three press releases, each focusing on different parts of the PASCAL initiative. The first one covers the "launch" of our two major projects -- e-resource licensing, and universal borrowing. The second and third provide additional details for each project. It is critical to get the good word out as the legislature considers the budget for the upcoming fiscal year! Please feel free to post or link to them. Also, if appropriate, please send them to your campus administration and media relations or publications staff. You may want to consider working with your campus to make a release to public outlets such as local newspapers as well. If possible, customize your local releases with local reactions.
