As of January 1,  PASCAL no longer provides statewide access to Nature, Science Online, ProQuest Nursing, or Ovid Lippincott titles.
 
Due to a 90% reduction in program funding by the South Carolina legislature, we have been compelled to discontinue statewide subscriptions to these electronic resources, cutting over 800 titles in nursing, allied health and the sciences.  Included in the cut is universal access to ...Read more
