Four Year Institution Access instructions:

Dear Site Administrator,

Congratulations and welcome to AAAS/Science. We look forward to providing you with seminal research, and the latest science and policy information from around the world.

Your new AAAS institutional account allows you to manage your institution™s site wide license to one or all of our products including Science Online, STKE or Science. Your AAAS account is now ready for you to activate. In order to receive immediate access to one or all of these products, you as the Site Administrator must activate your account by adding the IP addresses in the range that are specifically controlled by your institution and under its administrative control.

Your AAAS ID Number is [supplied to each institution]. Please retain this information for future use. Please reference this number when communicating with us regarding your subscription. You will need your AAAS number to activate your subscription.

To Activate (open up) Your New Online Account

• Go to http://www.sciencemag.org/subscriptions/inst-aactivate-sol.dt
  
• Click on the PROCEED button to begin the four-step activation process.
• Step 1: Enter your AAAS number for this subscription, which is provided above.
• Step 2: Provide required information and click on Send Form.
• Step 3: Enter your IP addresses and click on done (please see Help with IP addresses for more information).
• Step 4: You will see a confirmation screen that your subscription is activated.

Now that you have successfully activated your subscription(s), you will be responsible for managing your AAAS account. You can change your contact information, change your IP addresses, change your password, get a new password, or view COUNTER-compliant usage reports for your institution at any time.

Managing Your AAAS Account

• Go to http://www.sciencemag.org/subscriptions/accessinfo.dtl
  
• Click on INSTITUTIONAL SUBSCRIOTIONS in the upper left hand corner.
• Click on MANAGE ACCOUNT.
• Select one of the following: Usage Reports/Contact Info/Change Password/Forgot Password/Forgot AAAS Number, and PROCEED.
• Sign in with your username and password.
