PASCAL hosts the Integrated Library Systems (ILS) for six public South Carolina college and university libraries, and we also manage a shared ILS system for seven independent colleges. This highly cost-effective program is supported by institutional fees for services and support staff.

Participants in the public institution shared system are:

• College of Charleston
• South Carolina State University
• Francis Marion University
• The Citadel
• Florence-Darlington Technical College
• Aiken Technical College

Particpants in the independent college shared system are:

• Columbia International University
• Erskine College
• Benedict College
• Southern Wesleyan University
• North Greenville University
• Coker College
• Voorhees College

This cost-effective service, administered by PASCAL and hosted at the state's Division of the Chief Information Officer (CIO), provides professional expertise along with corporate-level access and data security.  It also substantially enhances the ability of participating libraries to take advantage of  the services provided by the Statewide Electronic Library for Higher Education.
