I routinely use ERIC to search for studies and government technical reports, even though I am a management professor. ERIC is one of those databases that no self-respecting university can do without. Lack of access to ERIC would hurt many faculty member's research efforts and would deny many more students the ability to search the most widely known data base in this area.
