PASCAL has helped to develop a plan for a "South Carolina Digital Library," serving as an incubator for collaborations among South Carolina libraries and archives.  Academic libraries will be major stakeholders in this program, and PASCAL will continue to play an important role in developing the SC digital library, as well as in other areas of scholarship in the digital realm.
