A step-by-step user guide for Innovative InnReach lending and borrowing has been created and is distributed at the time of training. In addition to the 16 page user guide and hands-on training using the InnReach system, training includes hands-on practice using the courier’s software to generate barcoded shipping labels. A sample training agenda follows.
