Kathy Hahn joins the PASCAL Staff with more than 27 years of experience in the telecommunication industry with AT&T wherein she had a successful career in both Product and Project Management. Her recent background includes product development on both internal and external vendor products, RFP and contract negotiation, managing external vendor relationships, process improvements, unit cost reduction and sales training.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Family Counseling from SUNY @ Plattsburgh, and her Master of Arts degree in Human Service Administration in 1998 from Rider University in New Jersey.

Kathy grew up in upstate New York but has lived the last 17 years in New Jersey while working for AT&T. After retiring from AT&T in 2004, she attained her real estate license in New Jersey, and then made the decision to migrate to South Carolina.

Kathy’s organizational skills, as well as her diverse management skills make her a natural fit for the Program Assistant position. She will be working, both behind the scene and up front, on a myriad of projects aimed at helping us consolidate organizationally after three years of explosive growth. With her help, we will be improving our business management, organizational outreach, and customer service capabilities.

One of her first priorities is managing our move to our new home with the Commission on Higher Education.
