Pascal Members,
The free Lexis Nexis class has been moved down one week, to August 9, 2006. The class will still be held at Clemson from 10 AM until noon. Class details can be found at http://pascalsc.org/public/er/cd/lntraining.html. This is a truly collaborative effort, as Lexis Nexis provides the training and refreshments, Clemson provides the venue and tailgate support, and Pascal handles the registration. If you would like to attend, please follow the instructions below and register by July 19, close of business. To register, send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . You will receive a reply to your request confirming your registration. In your email registration, please include the following information: 1. your name 2. your institution 3. your email address 4. your position You may register more than one person from your institution, but the information described above is needed for each participant. Your cooperation is appreciated and will enable us to send you directions and registration confirmation. There is a minimum attendance requirement in order for us to offer this free training. If there is sufficient interest, we will schedule a repeat session for the afternoon of the same day (August 9, 2006). Please help me and circulate this announcement at your library, as many people are not on the Pascal Academic Libraries discussion list. To subscribe to our general discussion, see http://pascalsc.org/communication-lists.html#acadlibs. Please feel free to direct any unanswered questions to me personally, but I would appreciate it if you direct registration requests to the email listed above. Thanks! Alisa Whitt |
