PASCAL's Funding Crisis

The General Assembly has reduced the funding for PASCAL’s “Statewide Electronic Library” programming by 90%. This reduction in operating funds obviously means that our programming and strategies for revenue generation and partnership must evolve rapidly to meet a challenge to our survival.
